We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all items listed will be in stock or free of errors. In the event of an error or discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at our discretion.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Shipping is available across all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

  • Local pickup and discounted installation services are available through partnered locations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping is free on all orders.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Autofitmentpros is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

  • We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products.

  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

  • Return shipping may be covered in certain cases. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Warranty

Product warranties vary depending on the brand and manufacturer. HSW does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated. We assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

7. Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options such as Affirm and Klarna. All payments are processed securely. Autofitmentpros does not store full payment details.

8. Affirm & Klarna Financing

Financing options are subject to approval from the respective providers. Any disputes regarding financing must be directed to Affirm or Klarna, not HSW TIRES.

9. Limitation of Liability

HSW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to improper tire fitment, delays in delivery, or third-party service failures.

10. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the tire size and type are appropriate for your vehicle.

  • You must not misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product listings, is the property of HSW and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

12. Modifications
